Post Op Day #1-Surg #3

Day 1 is always a rough day.  Just gotta keep chipping away. Slowly yet surely will win the race and these bowels will wake back up.  I've just got to be patient.  

Bidding this lil friend farewell!

Today was monumental and marked the last time I will have to change my appliance. See ya later my little friend...no more 'brown baggin it' for this gal! Yay! I'm so incredibly grateful for modern medicine and the grace of our good Lord. 

The Day Before Surgery #3!

Yay!  Tomorrow is surgery #3, which means I'll be reconnected and considered somewhat 'normal' again!! I am fully aware that this means that I am nowhere near the end of this journey BUT it does mean that I am one step closer to getting back to my old self.  I am super happy to be feeling so well and REALLY REALLY happy that today is the last day I have to spend with my little added accessory!  God is so good and has answered many of my prayers already...let's hope he has room for just one more and that my surgery tomorrow will go off without a hitch :)  Thank again from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support!  I couldn't have done it without y'all!  ~much love~
